Joshua Martinez from West Covina Honda was beyond helpful. He went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with his service. He worked with me on the price of the maintenance in my car, he gave me a rental car, and he even waited for me after business hours to return the rental to avoid any other fees on my part. I got back to the dealer after work and he was there waiting for me with a smile.
That’s great and excellent service and he should be recognized for it. Management should know that this kind of service is hard to find and cherish it. This dealership is blessed to have a young man like Joshua Martinez on their team.
