Excellent customer service have been coming to West Covina Norm Reeves for years!. Never a dull moment especially when the department manager Octavio interacts with customers to find out if everything is going okay. Dealing with Valentin is hands down a walk in the park. Funny you ask about an appraisal of my car….I’ve asked numerous times for over the last 3 years…never got one so I repaired my car so now there’s no way I’d trade or sell it. You missed your chance! I asked repeatedly every time I came in for service and was always promised one. You have poor follow through.
