Trinity was very nice and helpful. She explained everything my car needed and worked with my schedule. I appreciate all her help. She was fine by the time I went to pick up my car but the guy next to her desk checked me out and he was nothing short of being very friendly and helpful as well.

I’ve been going to Norm‘s Reeves West Covina for over 10 years with various Hondas. Sam Tung Is an awesome service advisor. He has great communication skills kept me informed at every step and process and stage of my car repair status. in addition he shared valuable knowledge about the type of car I have. I also appreciated the information that was communicated to him from the repair technician which was past down to me. Repair technicians should get credit as well. People like Sam will keep me loyal to the Honda brand. Selling cars is one thing, keeping loyal customers begin with the service advisors and reputation of the service center.
