Although my service was finished quickly, upon picking up my vehicle, I was in a little bit of a hurry to leave. I could see my vehicle parked in the lot and was waiting for about 5-7 minutes before I finally asked someone if I could just get it myself. There were staff around, they did not look busy except for directing a couple cars to pull forward, but I could be wrong. One gentleman brought me to my vehicle and went back to retrieve the keys I thought they had called for as soon as I stepped outside in the first place. Point being: I’d say I waited almost 15 minutes to do something I could have done myself.
