I left without leaving my car key. He immediately called me and together we problem solved. A gentleman from the service department came to my place of employment, called/contacted me to let me know he was there and
picked up my key. What could have been a big problem was remedied right away. There was a slight misunderstanding on my part & I forgot to leave the car key. I’m grateful for the quick thinking so no one was negatively affected. I was called when my car was finished. Checking out with Juan was a breeze. He explained everything on the receipt and answered all my questions and concerns. I signed and was on my way. Juan deserves 5 stars!! Next time my car needs service, I will request for Juan. Yesterday I was going to do a front and rear wheel swap service. Your maintenance person told me that the tire on the right front wheel could not be removed, so I couldn't do this work. I don't understand it very much. My car has always been maintained in your shop. Yes, I did a front and rear wheel swap at your shop when the vehicle traveled 8000 miles. The vehicle has never been serviced by any other repair station outside. This time the wheel swap said that the wheel could not be removed. I have to take all the responsibility. I am very I suspect it was caused by your last 8,000-mile wheel swap. We consumers can't understand your attitude of shirking responsibility. It is obviously bullying our weak group.
