There is a lot that was wrong with my visit to the service department today from the time I checked in I was waiting in my car waiting for someone to acknowledge me then I had to wait 40 minutes to get a shuttle back to work because the shuttle guy had gone to lunch at 12 and took the keys with him, then I get a call about my rotors needing to be resurfaced for $200 which is outrageous because I know about cars and service having worked for pep boys and my husband being a service manager for over 10 years I know a thing or two about brakes which by the way should still be under warranty being that the car was leased 13 months ago and the previous 2018 Honda I had was for two years and not once did I have an issue with the brakes, then I go back to pick up my car and after declining the ridiculous service they tell me to wait my car will be right out and end up waiting about 30 minutes because the mechanic has to put the car back together they drove it out and was sitting in the lot for 10-15 minutes more and they proceed to tell me that they just drove it out when I saw the car parked there for a long time it was a bit far so I could not tell it was mine. The whole process was terrible and although Javier tried to be nice about the situation it was ALL bad, never have I had such a bad experience with any Honda dealer that I have dealt with since 1996 I have had Honda’s and not one issue with any dealer that I have dealt with so needless to say I am very disappointed

Every time I go to Norm Reeves Honda FirstService, I get treated very well by everyone I come in contact with. I will continue to come to this location as long as I continue to get treated as a currency do
