I always come back to this west covina location due to the reps that are here. They are so helpful and go out of there way I drive 35 miles each way to continue using this location!!

For a change oil it took almost 2 hours of waiting at your lobby.
I told Valerie of fly disappointment cause if I didn’t walk towards her
Desk , I would probably been there for more than 2 hours. My paperwork was placed under her file. I also advised her that we bought 5 Honda cars at Gardena Honda. Their service personnel were much more knowledgeable and professional.
I won’t go back again at your West Covina Honda to shop.
