I was not directed to the next person I needed to see. I was waiting for a ride home from the Dealership. They asked for people needing the shuttle and the they walked away without any direction to follow them. They passed me over and I had to wait for the shuttle to return. I didnt feel attended to in a service type manner.

I asked her my car had 10 gears how an when I could use them. She said just don’t mess up with them just don’t use them. I said so what is the purpose to put something that have no use. She said I don’t know. I told her ask the technician. She told me later that the technician had said not to use use then and gave no explanation why
