I called yo order a a visor for my HRV Honda. I was clear in telling the service department girl that I needed two parts with my order. When time after the fact on my way to pick up my dar the helper told me the second part WAS not ordered. It's going to be a waste of time to go hack and get it installed. Loss of time and my gas too

Where do I begin , the waiting was horrible 4 hours for an oil change and a battery inspection. The battery inspection was not perform to my satisfaction , I had to ask the technician to inspected it again . According to their testing protocol the battery was 100% fine , I explained to the check inn person that my battery was fuming the night before and there might be a physical damage.I was told that my battery fine and I did not need a new battery , I asked them to inspected one more time and that is when they discover fluids under the battery. I don't normally write this type of comment but I believe your staff needs more training , by plug-in the vehicle to a machine does not detects physical damage to the intended item.
