It took longer than estimated. I was waiting for more than an hour than I expected. I wasn't told until after the service was completed that there was a courtesy shuttle that could have taken me home instead of waiting for more than 3 hours in the waiting room.
I was most upset that I had to wait for almost 30 minutes after my car was completed and I had paid until my car was released to me.
