Yesterday l went to make the oil change and filter for my honda civic. At the same time l choosed to make the cleaning and check of my brakes. When they were working on it Samuel went to look at me to tell me that one tire didnt remove. Because the mechanic when was extracting the nuts of the tire he remove the left rear stud. Samuel told me that something was spinning when it is supposed to not spin. I think the pressure of the machine removed the rear stud. Honda didn't take the responsibility to fix it. They just told me we can fix it for 500$ and we have to change the hub bearing assembly.they just cleaned 3 sides of my car. The other side was missed. I bring my car in good conditions
and they just destroy this part. After this l lost my faith in the dealer. Bad job l am not happy with this. ????
