The wait time for someone to come to my car to hand off to a team member was extremely long. I understand that they were busy, but even someone telling me that they would get to me when a member was free or general wait time when I pulled up would be appreciated. Instead I was just left to sit in my car confused if I was to stay or walk to the counter, or just completely forgotten.

I don’t like the time frame and not enough information that given to me. Why they can’t give me back my old parts of my suv that I owned and paid off that car and pay 500 deductible for the new parts that was defective. I will not go back that dealer service bc that advisor Sam was lazy to returned my calls to follow up my suv when they gonna repair my suv. I was wasting my time and gas to drive to West Covina that my car was not ready to repaired. He said my car is ready at end of the day then he called me when I’m already in asuza West Covina. I end up going back home without my suv fix. I have to going back again back and forth that dealership service that they can’t figure out what going on my car for trouble shooting. I went that place 3 times. I hope they repaired my car. They had poor customer service. I should give that service 1 rating.
