The car should have been done within 24 hrs. We only needed tires and the car should have been washed very disappointed. Also when I went to pick up the car the key was lost for a while as well as when they brought the car out who ever was driving, was driving it as if it was a race car. That’s unacceptable

I was told that my tire suffered too much damage from a nail and needed a new tire at $300. Mind you the car is brand new so it’s a new tire. I refused service took it to a reputable tire shop and they fixed it at no charge. So nice try on once again ripping off loyal customers. I’ll be sure to share the news on all my social media platforms

He delivered great service and even though I had an appointment and there was still an issue with my CRV I was able to take it back again and also did not have to wait for my CRV to be checked in a month for the recall notice I received. He explained everything and what I need to do in the future if my CRV does not turn on. Very helpful and customer friendly service.
