I have to say I had a great experience this last time I want into Honda West Covina. The specialist Carlos Montiel was kindly from the beginning to end well being there. Want home and a couple of hours later got a call from Carlos updating me that my car was ready for me to pick up. However was informed that my car needed additional work and unfortunately the parts that required needed to be ordered which was fine. A couple days later had got a call from Carlos letting me know that the repairs were going to be covered by my warranty and the parts just need to arrive at the dealership. Hands down great communication on his behalf. If I could always have Carlos as my specialist I would and highly recommend Carlos to be your specialist every visit at Honda West Covina.!
