One thing I find strange is that you offer rides home to people who live 10 miles away only. I live 12 miles away and therefore do not qualify so I've had to wait at your showroom or walk around the nearby Nall for 4 hours on several occasions now.

We bought a brand new Honda Pilot Elite. The car had a small dent on the back. We take it in the service as told by sales to get it repaired. The guy service had fix it made it 100x worse, and service should have caught it. Instead, they tell me the car is done, and I have to point it out. The 4 of the items on the service ticket were not even taken care of. Horrible 1st experience with your service department

I wish to complain that employees were told to obey the company policy & they take it upon them shelf to not service the customer needs & request. The policy sometimes needs to be flexible. And your employees don’t know how to handle problems & situation when it arises, & do not know how to apologize to the customers for the inconvenience & stress that make us feel. Your policy about no cars rent is not available sounds like your company don’t want to bother with it & don’t care. I’ve been coming for 6 years &!never had bad experience until now.
