I came in early at 6am was helped by Trinity Guzman . Trinity listened to my needs.. I said to her that my right rear tire had a sharp object in the tire. Trinity listen and then said service will check the tire. I told her thank you. She then came to find me in the showroom to give me info on what is going to be serviced. Trinity kept me updated on how long it will take . I appreciate her keeping me updated and helping me with this problem. I Thank you ..Loretta T

Service writer Kirk was great. I was very disappointed with Service department. Whomsoever drove my car in or out just disposed the steering wheel protector on the floor of my car. I thought that to be poor customer service.
