An item did not get done when I was there for service, regarding a piece/ part on the driver's side door came off. I mentioned to Javier the piece was on the backseat floor. When my car was ready, I asked Javier if it was fixed, he said yes they just snapped it back in. However; I just opened the back door and what do I see... the piece still on the floor of the car! I looked on the driver door and I don't see a new piece. So what should happen now?
