I was coming in to replace a stolen key fob. I was expecting this to take less than 30 minutes, especially with an Appointment. It took over 2 hours.
I understand that if I was a walk-in that it would have take a few hours. I don't know what making an appt bought me. I could have just dropped the vehicle off and went home and then came back at the end of the day.
