My appointment is at 10:40am, I waited an hr before check in and then I noticed my car finished at 1pm, and no one notify me, until I seek assistance from one of the staff because the guy that assist me was nowhere to be found. unacceptable. I waited almost 2hr 30mins just for oil changed and with appointment at 10:40am.
