The worst experience ive ever had at a dealership service experience Whats the point of having to schedule an appointment if you dont even get helped till 30 minutes later(i showed up at 1:10 my schedule was at 1:15 and i didn’t even get helped till 1:40) even the non appointment line got done and finished before me.the person who finally helped was ok.but i also saw that once my car was finally ready to get serviced it sat there for 15 min Then after my car got done servicing and it just sat for another 20 min My total experience took a very unnecessary 2hrs for a “scheduled” appointment You guys need a manager outside managing people because there was like 3 people running around doing 3 different things all lost Honestly the worst experience

I was wondering why the technician requires immediate attention on my brake fluid/clutch fluid condition in RED? What is his basis? It was already serviced (full brake fluid exchange) last April 14, 2023. In just 3 months the fluid became too dirty? Green or yellow attention maybe acceptable. Was the fluid exchange done right before?

All around great service from check-in to pick up my car after job completion. Refreshments were great, except I was told there would be some food but the shelf was empty. I guess some greedy customers picked up one too many for their own consumption. Wish there were there were more goodies to go with my cappuccino, which was great! Haha!

Sean was a great service rep. My comments here don't reflect on Sean. I brought my car in 2 weeks before for an oil change and when I left, I felt a vibration under my gas pedal. Also, it some effort to accelerate the SUV. I meant to call the service center back the week after so I could figure out when I can bring it in. This week, my pregnant wife, toddler and I were traveling when I got a notification about Emission System Error. I couldn't drive the car properly. After bringing the car back in, Sean informed me that the techs forgot to seal the vacuum last time which caused air to enter. This is what caused the vibration and extra effort to accelerate. We trust the tech team to be the experts when working on our vehicles and it is scary to think my wife was driving this to and from work as myself driving her and my toddler around with this issue. It was a poor experience to bring it back and go through this. Again, Sean was great both times and offered an oil change next time but I wanted it to be noted that this was a huge miss by the tech team and could've been a dangerous situation for my family.

Was told by Cristian due to the dealer being busy the car would need to spend the night. Received a text from Cristian that the car was in good hands, texted him back to keep me updated. Called the dealer and Cristian called in sick and the dealer was closing soon and the car spent another day at the dealer. Picked up my car on 8/21 and apparently nothing was found during the diagnostic test. Drove about 1 mile and the problem with the dashboard started up again. Scheduled another appointment for 8/24. Unfortunately, wasn’t satisfied with the communication of Cristian being out and who took his place and having to return again with the problem being unresolved. Am hoping the next visit the issue can be solved or sent me to a place that can.
