Juan Luna was great helping me. But I’m still having issues with my radio. When the headlights are on and a phone call comes in via bluetooth there’s a loud buzzing sound. Buzzing sound will go away if you turn the headlights off.

My son was at the dealership for 5 hours. His car is still making the same sound we brought it in for. No one even told him his car was ready. The guy helping him just left with the paperwork on his desk, another associate had to call him to ask him what was going on with the car. So my son could have been there possibly less time but no one told him his car was even ready. We have an appointment on Thursday, Aug 31 to which I hope the issue gets resolved.

your shuttle policy doesn’t make sense. Your shuttle policy drop off your customer but doesn’t allow for pick ups. I had arrange for somebody to take me home after I dropped off my vehicle. I couldn’t arrange for ride to pick up my vehicle.
I had to walk a mile under a 100 heat to pick up my vehicle
Your customer is probably the worst I had in a very long time
