I went in because my low pressure tire sensor came on. And when I took it to the dealer, they told me that the tires was over inflated. That’s the reason why my sensors were on. But my light for my tire pressure came back on and my tire is low my car spent all day at the dealership, there should be no reason for my tire to have any form of issue of any kind

Today, I had my vehicle's oil changed, and I encountered an issue where residual oil was present on the door handle, center console, and passenger seat. Had I not utilized seat covers, it would have resulted in staining. I am uncertain as to the necessity for the individual who performed the oil change to enter my vehicle without first cleaning their hands. This situation has left me dissatisfied with the service received.

You did not provide the service because you did not have the part need to fix the seal on my A/C unit from an extended warranty part. I made this appointment a month and a half in advance and I should have been notified that you didn’t have the part before the appointment. Whether or not you needed to diagnose my car and that it’s Super Honda’s fault for not having the part ready, it was unprofessional and irresponsible on your part to assume that I would only want it diagnosed and not get the service. Even if the part is on back order because this is a nationwide issue, I should’ve have been notified so I could make that decision if I wanted to keep that appointment or change to a later date when you had the part and was able to complete the service. You wasted my time and money because I Ubered home expecting this to be done and to allow you time to work on my car. I’m a very understanding person so it is frustrating that your employees took every step to not accept accountability for this blatant error in not communicating with their customer. A simple phone call was all it took to prevent this. Juan and his supervisor failed to provide me any paperwork for this transaction because I requested a rental until the part came in (because I have been commuting in the heat with no A/C) but I was instead told that would not be possible but instead recharge the unit and refilled the unit when there’s a known issue. I wasn’t offered to have a rescheduled appointment for when you do get the part in. There was no customer service, just a lack of regard and accountability.
