I had a very pleasant experience with Norm Reeves Superstore West Covina today. I made an afternoon appointment couple weeks ago and I arrived and checked in earlier. Mr. Carlos Montiel was my service advisor. He’s very knowledgeable and all my questions were answered professionally. I was very happy today’s express maintenance service and will plan to go back for for any future services with Honda West Covina.

Wait was over time without informing me because I was waiting in waiting lounge. Service advisor was not too attentive didn’t hand me keys with paperwork, wasted some more time! The person outside didn’t park my car at place which easily taken off and I’ve been told to move cone which was sitting in front of my car:( little disappointed!
Hopefully I’ll have better experience in future.
