Representative Samuel was great but having made a 8:00am appointment it must of had a lot to do I picked it up at around 5:00 pm , what upset me the most was I was expecting my car to get washed, this is my 3 rd car purchased there and have always had my car washed after any work done, so I’m a little disappointed. I have a 12:45 appointment and I got there at 12:20. To my disappointment, it took 2 hours just for an oil changed.
