Upon arrival the staff were nice & accomodating. I had Valerie for my service specialist. She was very personable and made the experience great by initiating conversation before we got started on the service my car needed. Valerie stands out to me because she was the only service specialist to educate me on the sunbit program. Granted I’ve use the program many times. I’ve never had anyone educate me on how much money I was approved for. Valerie is a gem. I highly recommend her!!

My vehicles still smells like it’s burning fluids. I’d like to bring it back in next week to reassess whatever issues it might be having my experience was good.the gentleman that helped me did a good job but I feel like my car still smells like it’s burning fluid if someone can reach out I’d like to bring it back in.
