My experience with Norm Reeves has been great. But this time when I produced a discount coupon, I asked the guy if he applied the $25 coupon. He said yes. I thought it was weird that the price was still so high. When I went out the door and got in my car and looked carefully at the receipt, I calculated it and he only gave me a partial discount. I went back to the store and said can you please print me the full receipt of what I paid because the receipt he gave me did not show the breakdown of what I paid or the discount. The guy then said he made a mistake and only applied 15% discount even though the receipt I received did not show the breakdown of the 15% discount. I wasn’t sure if he made a mistake or if he thought I would not notice by giving me a receipt without the breakdown of the discount. I’ve had one other similar experience in another dealership where the guy said he gave me a discount for a coupon but when I calculated it, he did not. That guy did not like me having a coupon. I didn’t go back to ask for the discount but I didn’t go back to that dealership either. Other than that, the service rep for Norm Reeves was courteous.
