We service both of our CRV - Tuesday, my daughter’s CRV and today my CRV. The wait time once we arrive was so long. No agent came to check us in for a long time. The service department was not busy because very few cars were being checked in. Today finally some agent came to the car and told my daughter you could leave. Just leave the key in the car. Why wasn’t this communicated with her??
