Disregard my previous answer No, I would say primarily Yes other than I soulful have liked a personal contact with me in the waiting room at dome point when I was told the estimated time my car would be ready at 2:45 and I had to go find Valerie at 3:00 to find what was happening. I understand how busy she was but a simple….we are running late.

Brian did an excellent job keeping me informed on the status of my car. My only concern did not involve anything Brian did but I will be contacting the extended warranty people re a $50 deductible I was charged. Not Brian’s fault by any means. He explained what he received when inputting the extended warranty information.

Explained problem with usb port. Indicated changes/ adjustments previously tried, indicated I had video to show the problem. yet was still called and told the same changes needed to be attempted and video proof needed to be obtained. Again informed of the fact that these things had been done. Was told it still needs to be done after this visit, to have more proof. Extremely frustrating. I was stranded without a car from 7:30am - 4:30pm. Yet nothing was done. What’s the point of a warranty!?!
