I went in to have my battery checked because I had an alert to check battery my advisor was David Ochoa and he stated my battery would be replaced this service took place on 03/13/26.
Today is 03/16/26 and my battery is completely dead.
I called Norm Reeves in Weat Covina and my call was answered by a young lady by the name of Daisy, very poor customer service. She said advisors were out at lunch and there was no one to help me. She proceeded to say I would be placed on hold but she had “no idea for how long” and continued by stating “you should have roadside assistance and have your car towed.
This is absolutely unacceptable and poor service.

Appointment was at 11:00 in the morning left at 1 in the afternoon for a simple oil change. All the staff walking around nonchalant like there isn’t anything to do, I was honestly satisfied with my prior experiences with Norm Reeves but up until now. I feel like everyone needs a wake up call everyone’s is a little too comfortable. Just my opinion
