Had a appointment set up no porter was present at arrival sat in the car for 20+ minutes before was noticed this is unacceptable finally service manger addressed the situation and a service advisor finally came out was disgruntled that I had after market parts that needed to be installed prior to a alignment was hassled about them not being Honda genuine. Car went in for an alignment with the aftermarket parts being installed was a waiter meaning iam staying physically in the building. I get a phone call to go see her at the desk that’s a first didn’t feel like I was important or that I was respected by doing that all other dealerships if you waiting the service advisor comes out to you. Felt unprofessional. Paid got the paperwork back about the alignment prior was out of spec now it’s in spec had zero issue with alignment even though outer tie rod boot was completely torn. Took off and the car was drifting pulling to the right drove it around and still was pulling to the right came back to the dealer. Expressed the concern felt odd that it was pulling to the right even though it was to spec asked questions and was ridiculed because they were after market which would not make a difference in this scenario. Service advisor push’s and lectures about it not being oem but that’s not the concern the concern was if it’s in spec why would it now be pulling to the right so instead of her handling the situation she had me talk to the service manager about the issue. Tells the advisor to send it back in for the alignment to check and she starts going on other cars paperwork another advisor noticed I was waiting and started to take the initiative and then risk of loosing me she jumps in tech comes and gets the car and he says it pulls to the right no explanation as to why cars in spec nothing they can do I take the car home now in worse condition minus 600.00 for a car that now steering to the right great!! I have to reach out to another service advisor at another dealership that has not seen the car and was able to trace down the solution once again I have to fix a car that I should not have to fix. I had high hope and was left disappointed. I will not return

I want to commend the service staff at Norm Reeves West Covina. I was able to book an appointment on the website for service within 2 days. Loved that! I arrived to my appointment for 3:45pm on time and was greeted by Genaro Perez who got me checked in very quickly. He assured me that I’d get a text when my car was ready to be picked up. I got 2 texts! Considering the last dealership I went to where I got not one single texts I have to say the service I received here at this location was exceptional. My car was ready in an hour. My only regret is I didn’t purchase my 2025 Pilot from this dealership. Will be coming back for regular service maintenance for my vehicle.
