I was initially quoted $1,029 for fr and rear brake job, oil change and coolant change. I left my car overnight and received a Dealerlogix text after the multi point inspection. I realized my estimate had gone down when reviewing the recommendations. I rhought aince I brought my rotors the cost was reduced due to less labor needed in swapping out rotors vs resurfacing. My new total was $656. Because of the new estimate, which I signed.. I added the steering fluid change, new total approx $760. I get to the dealer to pay and im now at $1,263!! The supervisor Joseph comes over grabs the paper and immediately starts going through the list, completely disregarding my explanation from the customer stand point. After I once again stated my dissatisfaction, he gave me a small discount. When you send someone an estimate and offer to add products and require a signature via Dealerlogix, and you switch it up at payment thats considered bait and switch. False pricing, tbings that will get you sued.
