Overall the service was poor from accepting my car up to releasing and need to go back to the service area and to see again alex rodriguez and complaing that there is a thing that drop beneathy engine and he did nothing about it , i know when he i submit my car there is nothing hanging on under the engine Alex said tjat they check my shield under my engine and didn’t put it back

I was told my estimated wait time was 2 hours. I asked if I’d get a text when it was ready and was told yes. After over 4 hours of waiting I asked for the status of my car and was told it was ready. Not sure if it was ready sooner and the text notification wasn’t sent or if it really took over double the estimated wait time.
