a text was sent to me that 3 additional services that needed to be done, the total was $640 something, but the oil change and tire rotation was no charge. when i talked to him he said that i still need to pay the oil change because that was the original service that i signed for. But why texted me that the oil change and tire rotation was no charge. that is why i didn’t go ahead will the rest of the recommendations.

Service at the front desk was great. Servicing my vehicle was not. Went in for an oil change and I always check my engine bay after service. Then I see oil residue on my engine. Particularly on my valve cover and under the ignition coil pack. I understand accidents happen but this could of been avoided and cleaned. Now I have to clean up someone's mess. Unacceptable.

The air conditioner hasn’t worked since this vehicle was purchased. I paid to fix it at a local repair shop. The owner said this yr and model have defective air con. He said it has a recall. After it went out the 2nd time I took it to Honda W Covina. I was told to bring it back for repair of air con which was on a recall. I brought the vehicle in this week, was told it needed a diagnostic and an oil change. It was done and we paid over $200 for the diagnostic and no resolve on the air conditioner. You people lie and cheat and have done so from the beginning. It was basically $300 for an oil change. When I purchased the vehicle I found out later you changed my APR from 1.99 to 2.99 and overcharged $500 on my contract. You promised a 2nd FOB which I never got as well. I’ve contacted the state board of automotive repair and filed a complaint and will yelp and make sure others know what a cheat and rip off you people are.

For longer repairs a courtesy phone call would help a lot instead of guessing if I should call if my vehicle is ready. That would help a lot. I was thinking something was wrong.

I had asked her about something in the car and she didn’t have the answer but she got the answer for me. She was very professional and courteous. I brought my car in for a recall issue, but I had to wait almost an hour before a technician approached my car to examine it. That was ok, your service dept. was busy. But I had to wait another hour until your shuttle van came. After all of that, when the technician sent me a summary of everything he saw that was wrong with my car, he sends me a list totaling almost $5,000. Was this a hook and line bait your techs are using?
