He was very kind, personable, and overall friendly which made it a great experience. I am so fed up of this dealership, they continue to screw up my information on my car. No wonder the service technician who helped me could not see my service plan. Time and time again I have told them to delete a vehicle from my name because I did not purchase and never owned a psecons pilot. I get home to see the vin number on my paperwork does not match my actual vehicle. So tired of the lack of professionalism.
I was told the last time I had this mix up that the vehicle would be removed and yet here I am dealing with this same issue.
