hello, hopefully nxt time you will provide free car wash same as the other honda service , then explain that your gonna see a minder on your console aside for the 100% oil life and explain the historical of your oil change, is it too fast lately or just normal reaching the 15% -10% oill
life, and also extend the promotional coupon until your oil life reach 10% - 0% life instead of dates

Technician Mathew Sandoval cheat me on coolant level, my Pilot coolant level fell below min line without any warning on inspection report. I am afraid Mathew totally skipped inspection and created fake report to save his time. I am keeping coolant level photos to share with friends and family for lessons learn. Our car could be damaged without enough coolant.
