It was explained in detail what to expect. Was given a ride home and texted when it was ready. Took longer than expected but that’s to be expected. Everyone I spoke to were pleasant and professional from when I dropped it off, given a ride home, and when I picked it up.

- I did not have an appointment but was able to drop off my vehicle at 7:15 am. I called multiple times throughout the day to speak to someone about the issue my vehicle was having . I kept being told that someone would call me right back. No one did. I finally connected with someone at 4:40 or so. By then, it was too late to address my vehicle’s problem that same day. I needed my vehicle at 6:00 the following morning.
- my vehicle was fixed the following day. Unfortunately, there’s now a rattling sound, which appeared the day I picked up the vehicle. Thought the vehicle was making the sound due to new brakes.However, I now think something was left loose. I’ll have to take it back so the problem caused by the technician can be fixed. This is an inconvenience.
