The service here was terrible. I went in for a maintenance check for my vehicle and I will not be going back there again. I had a bad experience due to miscommunication and unprofessionalism by the staff, advisors and my advisor, Adrian. I had went in for a maintenance check close to noon. They had told me that my car was going to be ready at 2:30pm and it was not. After having waited for more than 20 minutes past the scheduled waiting time of my vehicle’s maintenance check (2:30pm), I went to look for my advisor and had to ask another advisor for help. When I asked for help it felt like I was botheriThey told me that I needed to speak to my advisor and that he was currently on lunch. So I had to wait for another 20 minutes and during those 20 minutes they had already brought my car out and had given me my keys but I told them that I still needed to speak to my advisor because I had not even paid yet, which they were surprised about. That shows that they had no organization or communication whatsoever. After a couple of more minutes I noticed that Adrian, my advisor was out by the service center so I told the staff that I needed to speak to him because it looked like my car was ready and that I had been waiting. Once they called him over, I told him that it looked like my car had been done getting serviced since it was parked outside already and he looked surprised. Mind you I had been waiting for three hours at this point. He told me that he was not aware that my car was ready because he had not received any paperwork for it. So he had to check at his desk for the paperwork and there was no paperwork. He asked his other coworkers and no one had submitted the paperwork for my vehicle. During that same moment, one of his coworkers asked me if she had called my name on the waiting list and I told her that she had not but clearly my car was ready for pick up and no one had notified me so I don’t understand why she was asking me that question? I thought that was kind of rude. This was very unprofessional and unacceptable. I had to wait another few minutes for him to go ask the staff working in the service department if they had the paperwork for my vehicle’s maintenance check. Once he returned he had the paperwork in his hand which according to him was left at an empty station by another employee. That was very disappointing to see since the employees there should be communicating at all times.I was there for almost three hours just for the maintenance check which should not take that long. The employees at Norm Reeves handled the situation poorly and wasted my time.They do not care about the customers. I will definitely be leaving a Yelp review so people know not to go here.

I was told how it would take to service my car. I enjoyed the coffee and tea while I waited. Staff was friendly and would ask if I any questions. I asked where I could buy something to eat and they let me know. I appreciated that since I didn’t have breakfast. I was completely satisfied. Thank you Maryha

Adrian was very helpful in resolving the issue. He did everything right. However, only oil changes should not take over 2 hours to complete with an appointment. More should have been done besides only waiving labor costs. I watched my car just sitting there while all other cars that came after me get completed.
