Everything went great while having car check out due to alarm issue. Unfortunately when I arrived home car would not start due to alarm so I called you guys you gave me tow# had car towed back to you hank you and asked to disconnect alarm or removed thank you for doing that. It was an oil check change, they took longer than what they had said then they didn’t even bother calling me or texting me that my car was ready. I had to come looking for them to ask if my car was ready. I also asked for prices on suggested work my car needs. He seemed in a hurry and bothered, he just hand wrote the cost of each item my car needs. This is the first time this has happened. Usually everybody is willing, tentative and helpful

Manny treated me well. The only issue was that I had 4 new tires installed and one of the rims was scratched up and the tires were showing a whitish film. I took in my car clean and just ask that you give it back clean especially when the product being installed is new. Probably due to working fast which is appreciated but just take that extra Honda care to finish off the job. Thank you.
