I received a message stating the parts to do a repair in my car were ready so I made the appointment to bring car for such repair. I left my car in early morning, later around 2 pm the representative called me and said to pick up my car. The repair was not done because they didn’t have the parts. That created such an inconvenience for me. The representative said they will call me when they have the parts. So, overall I think there some miscommunication within your department.

It was my 3rd visit for AC issue. First visit on 3/27/25 was told issue was resolved. 2nd visit on 6/5/25, appeared that everything was fine. 2 days later AC not working again. Third visit on 6/12/25, I’m told a repair will cost over 1k. Your credibility is shot with me. Spoke to Joseph service manager and he added to the confusion. Your Credibility is no good bc it seems that if problem still exists, let’s just replace the whole part. Why couldn’t the compressor shaft seal been replaced again? Thats what was replaced on 3/27/25. Why couldn’t it be replaced again? Instead of suggesting a 1k replacement? Customer #83525
