We are so happy to have Trinity as our ongoing Service Provider. We are a family of four happy Honda owners. We love our Honda’s but it’s an added bonus to have Trinity take care of our maintence to keep our Honda’s running smoothly. When we have think of our next cars we feel secure with another Honda or Acura but also have Trinity as part of our purchase plan to keep our cars running good for years to come.

Initial contact was ok, but very little communication from Ram other than they'll get it done, go wait in the waiting area, and he'd call me when it was done. Told me it would be about an hour or sooner. About an hour later I noticed my car was pulled into the customer parking area. I waited for a call or notification it was done, but received nothing. About 25 minutes passed and I finally went to another advisor to see what was happening since I couldn't find Ram. He looked up my information and told me Ram was not there and was in a meeting. (Would have been nice to know.) He said he would help me after another customer. He finally finished my transaction and told me to wait outside so they could pull my car up. I waited outside for almost 10 minutes while my car was parked 20 feet away from me. It seems the porters were too busy talking personal business to get my car for me. They finally got my key and I walked to my car myself to leave. It's ridiculous I had to wait an additional 40 minutes at the dealership because of the lack of communication of this supposed advisor meeting and the definite lack of urgency by the porters. Not the experience I'm used to receiving at your dealership.
