Ramblin was above and beyond with his superior Customer Service. I went in for my service on my 2023 Honda hybrid accord with my six month old as you know it could be challenging, keeping a infant entertained for long period of time, but Ramblin was really good with his check-in. ETA and checking up on me. Periodically letting me know the status of my vehicle throughout my stay. He also let me know that he might not be the one releasing or charging me because he will be going to lunch at that time, but if there’s anything he can do for me He gave me his card and said that all is taken care of and noted for the next person that takes over. It’s people like him that keeps me coming back to do my service at this particular dealer that’s over 40 miles away from my home when I have 12 minutes away.
