After paying I was given what was supposed to be key to my car it wasn’t, didn’t look anything like it, I was told ‘to walk outside someone would have it’ . A frazzled young woman checked my paperwork handed me a 2nd key & the woman walked away so I started to walk to my car I stopped looked at 2nd key thinking I would need unlock my car,BUT it was unlocked & running. #2 key looked nothing like mine, so I sat down found another key in my car’s cup holder this 3rd key looked like mine I called out to woman who handed me 2nd key as I started to make sure 3rd key was really mine! She asked to see my paperwork again & she assisted me turning my car off Restart with Key#3. Great, now I noticed brake was set , never use brake only waiting customers around I Texted Valerie, salesperson waited over 5 min before man blue Honda shirt came to my assistance I think I legally should have been given copy of paperwork I had to sign @ drop off, I called 3 x during the day to get copy ask when car would be done didn’t get anything in writing till came to pick up my car. Very unorganized!

Too expensive. Good work, great service rep, but very pricy. I usually go to Rock Honda. They were over a hundred dollars less, and they always wash the outside of my car. I'm in town visiting family.
