I left the car on Thursday afternoon and was told that I would be updated Friday morning. I had to call around 12:45 PM and was told they were still doing the diagnostic. How long does that take? Alex called around 1:30 PM and told me it would be over $1,400. to change the alternator. I had to plead and ask for discounts just to get a break on the $169 diagnostic fee. I will try to avoid this place.

The routine service was ok, however there was a stain on the back seat, apparently they tried to remove it but left it worse. The technician told me someone would be contacting me to bring the car and have the problem repaired, I have not been contacted. Thanks and I look forward for a response. Hector O

On a 10pt scale I’d give a 9. Reason:when my brand new car was returned from service there was a black smudge mark on the leather door arm. Before I purchased my car, I was told that I would get 2 free oil changes but when I spoke with Alex, he informed me that I would only get 1. He said the two oil changes were for the 2024 models not the 2025. I came back to Norm Reeves for my purchase because of Nick. I could have had the same deal plus wheel locks and my spoiler. Now I have to cover both items out of my pocket plus an additional oil change.

Trinity Guzman is always professional and courteous—she’s the person I specifically ask for whenever I visit Honda. I really appreciate the video inspection provided by the technician; it adds transparency and peace of mind. The transportation driver who brought me home was also professional and made sure I got home safely. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my visit.
