Andrew is a legend. Him and Kunaal, who sold me the car (and apologies if I spelled his name wrong) are both incredible human beings. Andrew is a remarkable service agent. Professional, kind, and helpful. He made sure I was comfortable and felt at home while I was waiting in the lounge. He made sure he listened attentively to any question or comment I had, and quelled any previous idea I had of service advisors, who typically are not that helpful. He was easygoing and explained the service I received very thoroughly. Not to mention, he's a cowboys fan, which speaks volumes to his loyalty. I brought my car for tire rotation, and when I picked it up at home, I noticed that the tire wasn’t at all rotated. They just flipped what is back to front and what’s front to back without rotating it which is the whole idea is to rotate the tire so it doesn’t wear from the same side where you get the right back to front left and front right to back left. I’m very disappointed by this service.
