I have already spoke to the manager re: the sexist incomplete service that I received from the “helpful Honda people”. Anthony is a breathe of fresh air. Anthony was not part of my complaint on the contrary he went above and beyond to help rectify the situation. Anthony provided me with amazing customer service. It was the rest of the people I had issue with.

Sam was extremely helpful! He definitely made sure I was notified instantly of all the maintenance needed on my car. I was over the mileage but under the years for the factory warranty my air conditioner still was not working properly after replacing the condenser and compressor so they compromised and paid half the price to get it working correctly which I thought was fair

I came at 12.00 PM which was my appt time. My car was taken in at 12.30. promised time was 2.00 and I didn't get my car back till 3.30 PM. I was charged $24.00 for tire rotation and finally they didn't do it saying that there was a nail in my tire . But you charged me full. I expected at least a car wash but it was not done. My service hardly took 20 mims for which I had to wait for 3 hrs. I think an ordinary roadside mechanic can do a better in terms of customer satisfaction.
In short the sweet sing your customer service sings when buying the car is not respected during service. Sayonara will never recommend this place.
