Josh Martinez was the one that helped us, as a matter of fact we requested him for a specific reason. I have dealt with many many service reps, but I have never been shown more respect than I have since day one with josh. Even though my daughter and I were sitting down he never once talked down to us, he always kneels down so he is looking and speaking to us eye to eye as to not make it seems like he is more important than we were.
