Samuel Tung was fantastic! I have no complaints with him. I’m disappointed that my car isn’t fixed, but I appreciate the mechanics checking everything. I’ll be returning this weekend for them to have another look at the problem and hopefully we can get a diagnosis. I’m also disappointed that loaner vehicles aren’t an option. Honda West Covina has the worst service department I’ve ever experienced from any car brand, and I’ve owned four other car brands in my life and have never experienced the issues I’ve experienced at norm Reeves. Paul in particular is extremely rude and passive aggressive and he needs to learn how to speak to customers respectfully. It also is very odd that whenever I take my car into service there is always some new problem discovered that is going to cost me money. The parts they use are cheap and break down quickly so that way you have to come in more often and get them replaced, which means more money for them. They try to place blame on you for why your car malfunctions and they tell you you need to replace parts before they need replacing. Extremely disappointed and I am never getting my car serviced there ever again.
