Completely unsatisfied with the attitude and customer service provided by Oscar Maroney. Not only did he make comments implying he was put out saying things such as “do you think I want to take time writing up tickets everytime you get your oil checked”, but also he never contacted me to let me know what the issue was with my car. He called simply to tell me he was waiting on a new engine to arrive. My response was shock and
I asked him why he never notified me with what was found. After asking many questions he tried several times to glaze over he was waiting for a remanufactured engine. Which is kind of a big deal for a 2021 Escalade. Thankful GMC worked quickly with us. This left me without my family car for almost 2 full months.
