I made the appoitment by phone and asked about a loaner, was told we will call back and let you know. No Call. So I call in yesterday and explain my needs and was told again I would be called back, No Call. Toady i call in again now just to check status using the "Service" number on my Service

My appointment was on a Monday morning and my car wasn't touched by the dept. I scheduled with until Wednesday and finally got my car back Thursday. Not sure why they're overbooking so badly but they should take in less cars so that customers are not so badly inconvenienced. Additionally they didn't wash my car as they said they would be.
