Mikey should have offered full coverage of programming fee for an outstanding key fob order from 2022 that was communicated to me as a “shipping container issue”. I prepaid fob order and never heard from Rapids regarding fob replacement that I ordered and prepaid 70/80$.
I understand that kind of offer to customer comes with authority, experience and confidence. It should’ve been offered in lieu of the 50% I was offered.
