My biggest recommendation is to get rid of the text status updates and talk to your customers about decision making activities.
I was with Walser Nissan for many years. Once i bought a Honda, i thought id try Rapids Honda. Walser would send video updates during my service so i could see what is happening and TALK with me each time about the status of everything. Not leaving me high and dry via a text to decide what to do.
